Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Beacon Staffing is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
