Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Field Staffing is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
