Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Junction Manufacturing makes precision components in Tulsa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
