Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Amberfield Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tulsa region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
