Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tulsa plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
