Nova Rowan Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
