Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Tulsa producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification.
