Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Medical Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
