Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
