Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
