Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Umber Facilities Group is a facilities company in Tucson with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
