Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Yarrow Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
