Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Cedar Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Toledo presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
