Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Ember Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
