Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
