Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Umber Energy is an energy provider in Tampa focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
