Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Forge Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
