Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Clear Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
