Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
