Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tampa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
