Ironwood Vale Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
