Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
