Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Rowan Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
