Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Vista Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tampa and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
