Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 748 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
