Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Orchard Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
