Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around St. Louis, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
