Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Orchard Telecom provides broadband and phone service around St. Louis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
