Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Vista Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 517 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake.
