Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its St. Louis plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
