Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Linden Health is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
