Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Spokane, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
