Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Partners is a Spokane company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 152 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
