Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pine Community Partners Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 343 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
