Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Willow Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
