Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Spokane. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
