Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Linden Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Spokane region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
