Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • PMP or CAPM certification.
