Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Spokane with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
