Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
