Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Seattle, WA)

Nova Sparrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Seattle. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
