Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
