Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Savannah with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
