Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Birch Freight Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
