Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Savannah, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
