Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in San Jose with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
