Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lakeside Energy and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
