Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Rowan Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client files. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
