Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

Lumen Umber Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
