Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Umber Freight is a San Jose logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 837 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
